Recently Minwei told me to watch out for Trans Fats which are highly dangerous. After reading this article, I realize I've been eating lots of it recently!

I find it's terribly hard to avoid Trans Fats intake if we eat out, esp when they are being used in less obvious ways like meats fried in margarine (#1 killer)... How else can we avoid/reduce its intake, unless we cook stuff ourselves with an obsessive avoidance of this substance?
